TPR invested significant resources in sustained, in-depth coverage of the historic July 4 floods in Central Texas that informed our community and the nation.
Project MEND
Project MEND is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals living with disabilities and illness through the refurbishment, reuse and distribution of medical equipment and other assistive technology. The organization provided a wheelchair to 4-year-old River, who has spinal muscular atrophy and unable to walk on his own. His mother had been told by insurance that a wheelchair was not a medical necessity.
