Magik Theatre brings people’s imagination to life. It brings the excitement of stepping into a theater, feeling the buzz of anticipation as the lights dim, and being swept away by the story unfolding before them. For many young people in San Antonio, that experience began at Magik Theatre.
One such memory belongs to Bailey, their Sound Technician and Teaching Artist, who vividly recalls the awe and inspiration she felt during her childhood visits to Magik Theatre. Those field trips planted the seed for her passion for the performing arts. After experiencing the joy of live theatre as a student, she went on to join her high school drama club and later pursued acting professionally. Today, she is a proud member of the Magik Theatre Education team, where she shares her love for theatre with the next generation of young artists, just as she once dreamed of doing.
